Tyler’s Torah Thoughts for 5 Tishri, 5784

Good afternoon! Once again I am allowing COVID to run its course in my life – and trusting things to unfold in such a way that see the beauty in the situations I cannot control.  It’s what I do with these moments I am given that is crucial.

Rest and relaxation have been important during this time.  Also, connecting with friends.  The check ins have been most welcome!

Today’s portion focuses on Anger and Stress.  And what I wrote last week is crucial  How we navigate our stress – and whether it drives us to anger (because it puts us in touch with feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, etc) or whether it drives us to just feel the stress and allow it without trying to “fix” it is totally up to us.

And that is the short reflection I have today! I’d love to hear more from you!
